The location is handy, near the metro and commercial areas, and the staff are polite, though they need hospitality training. But the hotel is still under construction, the rooms are tiny and not properly cleaned, and the rooftop restaurant is dirty, more like a storeroom. I went outside for breakfast. The price is too high beside nearby hotels with lower budgets and comparatively better service. It could be a good choice if it really operated to hotel standards. For now, I don't recommend it for families looking for a good hotel stay. I hope management takes remedial measures. All the best.

The setup on the day of my sister's engagement wasn't what we'd been promised, and the staff were so poorly coordinated that it added stress to what should've been a happy occasion. During planning, management was unresponsive and it was hard to finalize details. We'd booked the venue expecting everything to go smoothly and make a lovely memory, but the experience was disappointing. For such an important event, we expected much better service and professionalism. I wouldn't recommend this venue for special occasions if you want things hassle-free.🙏

Room service was okay, but in the banquet the staff need to be more efficient. When I asked for table service, the waiters avoided me.

The room condition was below standard, and despite asking at least 10 times, I couldn't get it cleaned. The hotel was filthy, with lots of mosquitoes and flies, and room service was pathetic. I called reception four times today for a cup of tea and they still didn't bring one, so I skipped breakfast. There were only three choices, and the puri and sabji were too oily, with no juice or anything else. We paid double through Make my trip and got no service. Please don't recommend this place to anyone, your choice was very bad and my money was wasted. I won't use Make my trip again. I booked tickets at your desk, very sorry.
