The location made getting around easy, with the resort in the middle of the city and close to many of Alibaug’s well-known beaches. Breakfast was included and quite good, and families or groups can make use of the lounge, adult and children’s pools, games ground, and space for parties. The hosts were friendly, and we had an enjoyable stay. Our room was decent but only average, with no proper cupboard, which could be awkward on a longer visit. I also wouldn’t leave valuables inside, since the windows didn’t seem sturdy and might be pushed open from outside.

The staff really made us feel looked after, always polite and attentive, and ready to help. We also enjoyed the pool, spa, and recreational activities, which were well maintained. Our room was clean and nicely designed, with lovely views, and there was a good range of tasty food. We felt comfortable throughout the stay and made memories we’ll remember. It felt like a relaxing, luxurious fit for a family trip, time with friends, or a romantic getaway. We’d happily come back and recommend it.

The calm, refreshing atmosphere made this a lovely place to unwind over the weekend. My family and I had a memorable stay, and the staff were genuinely great, humble, alert, and always willing to help. The food was really good too, and my cousins especially enjoyed the pool. I’d recommend Coconut Ivy to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept getaway. 🌴✨

My son was drinking Horlicks when dust fell straight from the fan into his drink. I have proof of it, and it says a lot about the cleanliness. The room itself was in awful shape, with broken furniture and dust everywhere. The property is around 30 years old, and cracks across the building and very poor maintenance made that clear. The entrance lobby and reception were the only decent-looking areas, and seemed to have been kept attractive to draw guests in. I asked for help with the TV, but nobody came. I also requested a menu card several times and had to go to reception to get it myself. Nothing matched what had been promised. The service and management felt completely unprofessional and disappointing. I’d strongly advise people to avoid this place.

For Rs. 3223/- we got a pathetic room, with four-star prices and the service of a local lodge. The place looks haunted and needs repairs. The inside lock was broken, so there was no way to lock the room manually from within, which made me worry about privacy. The flush handle was broken as well, and there was no warm water. When I asked room service for a TV remote, they told me to change channels using the buttons instead.
