Park Inn by Radisson Vellore

Breakfast had a wide choice for different ages, and both hotel restaurants served satisfying food across the cuisines we tried. Ms. Shumana and Praveen from room service were especially good, with prompt, polite help and attention to detail. Our group included two senior citizens, four adults, a toddler, and an infant, and everyone had a comfortable stay at Park Inn by Radisson, Vellore. The rooms, corridors, and shared areas were clean and well maintained, which mattered with children and older relatives. Front office staff were courteous, responsive, and supportive, and made check-in smooth. It was a memorable family stay, and we hope to visit again.

The buffet was enjoyable, and Chef Mr. Yasin made us a really comforting, delicious dal khichdi. Staff were polite and attentive throughout. The rooms felt new and fresh, with premium TOTO bathroom fittings, and the interiors were tastefully done. I also liked the telephone with a built-in FM radio, a thoughtful idea. The light switches are hard to tell apart and aren’t user friendly, so that setup needs work. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay and I’d recommend the hotel.

After a long day of travel, we slept comfortably and had a great stay at Radisson Blue Vellore. The breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and the ambience was superb. We’d love to return. The front office team made the booking process smooth and deserve credit for their efforts. Our room on the 7th floor was very neat, and Floor Incharge Vijay made sure our needs were met. He was diligent and helpful.

Housekeeping responded quickly and kept the room clean and comfortable. Thanks to Mathew and Madhi for looking after it so well. At reception, Adhil, Karimullah, and priya were warm, polite, and helpful, making check-in and the rest of the stay easy. We were very pleased with the service at Park Inn by Radisson. The staff were professional and supportive, and I’d highly recommend it.
