They demanded double the app price, which I paid because I had no choice. They said they wouldn't give me a room even if I paid online, and that my money wouldn't be returned. I've had the same issue reported by friends. This is not what I expected from OYO. The hotel needs a background check. I didn't expect this from OYO.

The rooms are very good and customer service is good too. But the hotel management told me they'd left OYO a year earlier, even though the app still lists them. Booking there wasted our time while we sorted out a refund from OYO, so please don't book through the app.

The communication was poor, and they moved the customer to another hotel without permission or agreement, simply announcing that the hotel had been changed. They didn't take responsibility for that behaviour. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect. 🧐😡😡

The hotel felt safe and the rooms were clean, but the rates are high and the service wasn't that good. It could work if you have business at VIT. Otherwise, being so far from the centre makes staying here a waste of time and money.

This is a residential-style hotel only about 300-350 metres from the VIT campus main gate. Rooms are good, and Limra, a fast food restaurant, is right opposite.
