It really doesn’t seem like much at the property is working. Breakfast was poor, just misal paav and bread butter, and when we asked for a toaster they said it wasn’t working. At checkout they charged us for an extra water bottle, but took it off after I explained the several issues we’d faced. Once in the room, we found the WiFi, jet spray, and TV weren’t working, and the phone didn’t work either when we tried to complain. I went downstairs to reception twice before they replaced the jet spray at night. A worker first said the TV’s set up box needed a recharge, then disappeared and never returned. Reception also said the WiFi might not work on the 3rd floor. Parking was congested too, even though there is a parking area. If you want to take your car out in the morning, you have to call the owner to move other vehicles. It’s not worth it, even at a slightly lower price than other places.

We spent two nights here with family, but the hotel needs urgent renovation. The toilet wasn’t working properly, food delivery took a long time, and the WiFi was down. Tiles around the swimming pool were broken too. It’s also far from Kihim Beach. If you’re travelling with family, consider another option.

We booked three rooms online for two days, and all three had the same hot water problem. We had small babies with us and asked for hot water, but when we complained at checkout, they just said it had never happened before. The TVs in every room were also out of order. We told them many times, but nothing was fixed over the two days. We called the owner too, but he was busy on calls and didn’t bother to call back. There was no parking space, and the swimming pool was small. Better to choose another hotel.

The location right on the highway was very convenient, and the property was well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the cosy atmosphere made it feel like home. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Samudra City. The amenities were top-notch, and the food was amazing, especially for non-veg lovers, with lots of delicious options. Highly recommended ❤️
