I booked this hotel for my parents and won't visit again or recommend it to friends. It's one of the worst hotels, with poor service and a location far from the city. The lift had an issue and moved very slowly. The washroom was a nightmare, with poor hygiene and lots of stains in the toilet bowl. Breakfast was included in the app, but they didn't provide it, and the daily price felt far too high.

The restaurant downstairs serves fantastic food, and housekeeping is available until 10pm. The people helping with service are great. But breakfast starts only after 10am, and you can't even order tea before then. They don't serve South Indian food.
