The photos didn't match the rooms, which were dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches everywhere. The owner was rude when I reported it and asked, "What can we do about it?" Even with a booking, the room wasn't ready, so I waited 40 minutes in the waiting area. It still wasn't cleaned properly afterward. The sink was dirty and the basin leaked. I was told there was four wheeler parking, but there wasn't, so I had to park outside. Highly unrecommended.

Rooms start at 1000 rupees and are clean, with good service. Hotel reviews often mention friendly, efficient staff and comfortable, immaculate rooms with plenty of light and quiet hallways. They also talk about delicious breakfast, good toiletries and fast Wi-Fi.

There were cockroaches everywhere, on the walls, bed, pillows and floor. The rooms were extremely damp, and I reported the problem right away. The manager said he'd clean the room and give me another one, but after waiting two hours, the new room had the same issue. I checked out and requested a refund, but got nothing despite calling several times. Avoid this hotel unless you want to bring cockroaches home forever. See the attached photos.

The staff were cooperative and behaved well, and both the rooms and service were very nice. A must visit, and very good for couples and families. ♥️♥️🥰

The rooms were awful, with roaches everywhere. The hotel manager tells you to call online, but no one answers once you've paid. Horrible stay. Never book fabhotel.
