I had booked through the OYO app, but they wouldn't let me check in because of an issue with OYO. The hotel is good overall, though it has no tie-up with OYO, so don't book through them. You can check in directly instead.
They list this as an OYO hotel and show Wi-Fi, but there isn't any. The towels aren't new, and they don't wash them. Staff were no good either.
I spent the whole night here and nobody even offered me water. The staff didn't care, and the service was extremely poor. There was no hospitality at all.
The location is near a kabadi bazar, and the employees are nice. I had a good room with AC and good facilities.
They refused to honor my OYO booking at check-in and offered their own rate instead. The staff behaved very badly, and the rooms didn't meet OYO's requirements. The surrounding area wasn't very good either. A very bad experience booking through OYO.
