It’s quiet and beautiful inside, with lovely interiors, and Anjuna Beach is right next door. Shops for everyday things are close by, too. The owner and staff were kind and polite to customers. I loved staying here.

Anjuna beach is only about a two-minute walk away, and the atmosphere here is wonderful. The owners were especially kind and ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and spacious enough, and the food was good since they cook it themselves. One of my favorite places to stay in North Goa. If you’re visiting the area with a group, you should stay here.

Being close to the beach was the only good part of this stay. There was nobody at reception, and the owner was hard to reach. The AC kept switching off every ten minutes, so we had to call him to turn it back on, often more than once. The two young men hired to maintain the place were very rude and had no manners when speaking with guests. They also charged us for a cupboard key we hadn’t even lost. It felt like they take advantage of first-time visitors. We didn’t have a pleasant stay.

The rooms are large and comfortable, the rates are reasonable, and the owner is kind and cooperative. The place is peaceful with facilities nearby, and there’s a dining area in the garden. When we checked in, though, the owner said they don’t provide food. Also, there was no AC. Still, I liked it and thought it was good value for money.
