Livgrand Hotel Silver Breeze Yercaud

The location is nice and convenient, and having security on the premises is a plus. Breakfast was great, easily worth four stars on its own. But the bedding was stained and gross, with no clean replacement sheets available. The bathroom drain was clogged so water wouldn't go down properly, and the TV didn't work either.

Our family had booked three rooms, but at check-in time they weren't ready, even though we arrived at 1 pm. We got two rooms close to 2 pm, while the third was put in another building, which was upsetting. The first two had been prepared in a rush and were missing basic OYO amenities. Then by evening, while we were out looking around for somewhere else, they cancelled the booking. A very upsetting experience.

It's a clean, hygienic place with a private feel, almost like our own home. Breakfast was delicious, and the location works well for visiting places if you use transport, like Friends cab yercaud. It's not walking distance from the bus stop or lake, though, and the roads are completely dark at night. Staff are always around to help and suggest places to visit. The evening climate in yercaud was lovely, and it was sunny during the day. The wet weather seemed to leave a bad smell in the bed linens, which I think should be changed. WiFi would help too, since there's no signal inside the room and you have to go outside to make a call or get online.

Each room has its own balcony, and the place is peaceful while still being near all the visiting spots. The room was neat and clean, the amenities were great, and I really enjoyed the stay. The staff interactions were nice too.
