Hotel Sea View(A Beach Property)

The checkout was especially upsetting. The owner was rude and unprofessional even though we were travelling with kids, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. Several commitments made while booking turned out to be wrong, and the terms were different once we arrived. They demanded full payment in advance, either in cash or through a personal savings QR code, which felt inappropriate. At checkout, they settled the payment only in cash. The food was poor in taste and quality, and hygiene and cleanliness were pathetic. The property is overpriced for what's offered. The owner's behaviour ruined the trip instead of making us feel welcome. I wouldn't recommend it to families hoping for a pleasant, relaxing stay.

The balcony was small, really only comfortable for two people, so a group wanting to sit and chat would have to squeeze in. I stayed the first weekend of October 2025. My room was clean and had basic things like a geyser and dryer, and the staff were supportive. The balcony did have a sea view.

Service was poor and the food only average. There's no inside parking or lift, which is a problem for children and senior citizens. The rooms barely meet minimum expectations despite the high rates. The tiny swimming pool was dirty, and the whole place felt very dirty and unhygienic.

Honestly, the whole stay was bad. We were first quoted around rs.7k, then charged rs.8.5k at booking. Since rooms were unavailable, we had to adjust to very limited check-in and check-out times. At checkout they raised the amount to around rs.10k, and even after we argued, they still overcharged us rs.9k. There was no lift, the bathtub was a little broken, and mosquitoes bit us. The food had no taste.
