Ice Apple Resort

Ice Apple Resort was calm and enjoyable, a nice choice for families wanting a relaxing break away from heavy crowds. It's child-friendly, and the breakfast options were decent. Our room was neat, the pool was very clean and well maintained, and the food was really tasty. The place had a peaceful, positive feel. We'd definitely recommend it for a family getaway.

Rohit and Geetesh were especially warm and helpful, and the service was prompt. We had a great family stay at Ice Apple Resort, Alibaug. The property has only a limited number of cottages, so it felt peaceful and uncrowded. The in-house vegetarian food was good, and the well-kept pool and garden had badminton, chess, and carrom. The washroom could use an exhaust, the showers need maintenance, and the prices felt a bit high. Still, it was a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

The staff made us feel welcome throughout, especially Mr. Rohit Telge, whose warm, proactive help stood out. The check-in and checkout were organised, and the team were attentive and ready to assist. The resort was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with well-furnished rooms, a lovely landscaped garden, and facilities that were convenient and well maintained, including some not listed on the website. It felt secure and easy to relax there. A very pleasant seaside stay with a lovely atmosphere and great service. Highly recommended!
