The location and ambience were good, and the food tasted good too. But the management was very poor, service was painfully slow, and meal times weren’t handled properly. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the package didn’t arrive on time, and water cost extra. We got just one bottle for two people for the whole day. The pool was dirty, there were no snacks or evening tea and coffee, no games or other activities, and the TV hadn’t been recharged. The staff were incredibly slow, and it was a really bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend the meal package. The sales and marketing person didn’t answer calls on time, didn’t explain the package properly, and misled us about it. We asked for the location at 9 am while heading to Alibag, but it was only sent in the evening after we’d already arrived at 5 pm. We had booked the AC deluxe room package, but there was no fridge or electric kettle. The mirror in room no 601 was broken, and the room didn’t feel deluxe. Not a good choice for couples.

The rooms were clean and roomy enough, the staff were helpful, and the food was tasty. There’s a large lawn, which they use for weddings and other functions, plus an open area that gives the place a resort feel and a working pool. The hotel is tucked a little inside near a village, so it’s a good idea to have your own vehicle. The beach and market aren’t within walking distance. We stayed for two days and had a good experience.

The reception guy was very good. When I complained about the location, he even tried to find me another hotel. The staff were friendly and polite, and they agreed to arrange a bonfire at no extra cost. The rooms themselves were very, very good. Still, it was hard to find, the roads leading there weren’t proper, and the location felt strange and scary, especially with family. Since they didn’t have a kitchen, the food arrived cold. For a group of boys looking for cheaper accommodation, this can be a place. For families with kids, it’s a big no.

The staff were helpful, the pool was nice, and the flexible timings are a great feature. Food is a big problem, though, and getting around is difficult. The hotel has to arrange rickshaws, and you can wait 20 to 30 minutes for one. It’s deep in a dense forest and can be hard to locate, especially when driving to the cottage.
