Paradise Villas & Resort

We stayed for three nights. The hotel was well maintained and had a good ambience, but the food and service were disappointing. We ordered one chicken tandoori and were served two, both burnt all over. There were other order mistakes and little attentiveness, which pointed to weak management and training. The chef needs to improve the food's quality and consistency. There was no washroom near the dining area, so guests had to go back to their rooms just to freshen up. The network was also an issue, and the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. The pleasant surroundings and upkeep couldn't make up for the weak service and food. The place has potential, but management needs to improve the service and address the food quality before I'd feel comfortable recommending it.

The food was another highlight, both veg and nonveg. It was fresh, delicious, and had a satisfying, homely taste. The pool was clean and well kept, great for relaxing or having fun, and the staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, and the greenery and peaceful surroundings added to the charm. Everything was beautifully maintained, with a calm, welcoming feel that made it easy to unwind and get away from city routines. A good spot for families, friends, or anyone after a peaceful getaway in Alibaug. Highly recommended.

I reeeallyyy enjoyed my stay at Paradise Villas & Resort, and it felt worth it. The owners were very friendly and kind, and the staff were helpful too. There are lots of games and recreational activities, plus places to sit and chill. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, and the food was really very good. It's a beautiful, aesthetic, comforting resort with good connectivity to Kihim beach and plenty of aesthetic cafes nearby.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and both the rooms and bathroom were quite spacious. The pool was nice and clean. It's a fun place to wander around, relax, and take lots of photos, and the beach isn't far either.
