Great place for a group of 10-15 people, or maybe more. The villa has the basic things you need, and they provide food and car rentals too. You can plan the trip over the phone, and the driver can take you to all the beautiful spots, so you don’t have to arrange everything yourself.

The place is spacious, but that didn’t make it feel worth Rs. 4500 per night for us. We were out most of the time and didn’t need all that room. Breakfast was included, but there was only enough for 3 adults, so we had to eat elsewhere. The owner said Alibaug and Versoli beach were walkable, though they’re actually a 10 minute drive away. We were also told there would be two double beds and a sofa bed, but there were only two double beds, so one person slept on the floor. The upkeep was poor. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned during our stay, and the bed sheets were dirty and still hadn’t been changed on day two. We got just 2 towels the first day and 3 more the next, but no fresh towels. The toiletries included used toothpaste tubes. The AC and fans were noisy enough to make sleeping difficult. A maid was mentioned, but we weren’t told she would cost extra. After we asked, she washed a few utensils and swept the living room and kitchen, but didn’t clean the bedrooms or bathrooms. It’s a nice homestay in terms of space, but if you want clean sheets and rooms, fresh toiletries, and enough of the included breakfast, it may not be a good fit. We didn’t feel we got value for our money.

They cancelled our booking at the last minute and then never answered our calls. The owner was rude on the phone and kept making excuses instead of speaking properly. The people here have no regard for customers’ time or money. Terrible service and no value for customers.

Really good flat. We had a good experience overall. There are a lot of kitchen utensils if you want to cook, though not everything is provided.
