The location is good, with the beach nearby, and the top-floor restaurant and swimming pool were nice. But the pool is extremely small, more like a big bathtub than a swimming pool. The rooms themselves were clean, good, and spacious, but for 5k the hotel didn’t provide service to match the cost. We had a small baby with us and arrived at 3:30 PM after a delay in traffic, which we had told them about. Check-in was supposed to be at 1 PM, but we still waited another half hour because the room wasn’t ready and was being cleaned. Our baby was getting restless. Housekeeping was the only good service, with requests handled without delay. The bathroom was in very poor shape: there was hardly any flow from either the wash basin tap or bathroom tap, and it took us an hour to fill a bucket. The flush worked badly, and the toilet hand shower had almost no water flow. They had a modern mirror that lights up when touched, but I’d have preferred that money go toward fixing the taps and flush. Wi-Fi didn’t connect in the room, only in the lobby.
