We brought 240 students to the Jaipur hotel, and the arrangements ran smoothly. The team handled the large group professionally, from check-in through room allocation, and management and staff were cooperative and supportive. Rooms were hygienic, clean, and comfortable, which matters a lot when traveling with students. The meals were tasty and good quality, served on time, with care taken over quantity and hygiene. Students and faculty were happy with the food. We appreciated the accommodation and meal arrangements for this educational tour, and would recommend the hotel for school, college, and other large group trips.

Reception staff were calm, kind, and helpful, especially Samira and Manish, and their generous manner made us feel welcome. The rooms were neat, with no cleanliness complaints. Still, the management and services felt poorly organized. The AC wasn’t cooling properly at all, and the TV couldn’t be used because it hadn’t been recharged. We had to ask for basic items like a toothbrush and toothpaste. Room service was slow too. Even after several calls and reminders, water and tea bags didn’t arrive promptly. Dinner took 45 minutes despite the restaurant being empty. The food arrived cold and wasn’t spicy as we’d ordered. Parking is limited, with room for hardly 2-3 cars in front of the hotel. Better service speed, basic amenities, and food quality would make this a much better place.

The rooms were tidy, and thankfully the electricity never went out during our two-night stay. I couldn’t observe much else, as the hotel was leased out to a wedding party. The building looks modern, but it seems to lack trained personnel. Safety inside is a real concern. Some entrance steps are made of the same marble or granite as the surrounding floor, with no warning stripes. You could assume they’re level and take a bad fall. The main entrance to the main ball room is one example, and there are many spots that need a closer look. The waiters were lackadaisical and didn’t communicate well. ThanQ.
