The lift wasn’t working, the bathroom taps were running, and the staff didn’t seem professional. My family checked in but we left within an hour because the rooms and even the lobby smelled strongly of cigarettes. It felt more suited to smokers, drinkers, and other non-family activities. I wouldn’t choose it for a family trip; consider somewhere else.

I’ve never stayed in a worse hotel. The staff were rude and the service was awful. The rooms weren’t clean, neither the fan nor the AC worked, and the washroom was in such bad shape that I couldn’t even go in. The lift was out of order too. They also charged extra on top of what I’d already paid through the online booking. This place doesn’t deserve even one star.

The bathroom was filthy and there was no water supply in it. The counter staff were awful, with abusive behavior, and the rest of the staff were ridiculous to deal with. It didn’t feel safe, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially for couples.

The rooms weren’t clean, there was no hot water, and the lift didn’t work. This is one of the worst hotels in dehradun. It seems suited to people staying by the hour, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend it.

The hospitality was awful, and the rooms weren’t up to standard. A very bad experience.
