A waste of money to stay here. The service was poor, and even basic items were missing: there was no TV set-top box or kettle for tea and coffee. They didn’t provide drinking water or tea and coffee either.

My brother left his Titan fastrack smart watch, worth about 15k, on the table in hotel room 308 during our family function stay on 6-Dec-25. The hotel staff gave us no support. I’m not satisfied with the service and don’t find them trustworthy. Support is needed so the necessary action can be taken. Thanks.
