I regularly choose this hotel, which made this visit especially disappointing. I had paid for breakfast, but nobody served it or even acknowledged that I was waiting. That kind of poor service is unacceptable.

There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, though they do offer in-room dining. Moolchand Chaat and Deepak Restaurant are among the many places to eat within walking distance. I found the hotel convenient and good value for money. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, the location peaceful, and service quick. We were also given a heater on request at no extra charge.

There were lots of lizards in the room. The washroom lock was broken, the AC didn't work properly, and the mattress was so soft and cheap feeling that I couldn't sleep. On top of all that, the staff wouldn't move us to another room. There were plenty of other problems too.

My friends stayed one night in a Double Bed executive room for 2200, including breakfast, which seemed reasonable. The reception man was helpful and the service was good. The rooms were nice, and the washrooms modern and clean. It's a quiet, peaceful spot near the station, with little noise from passing trains, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to stay in that area.

The staff were easygoing and always ready to help, and you can get a good discount too. Hotel NEW Ananda Palace surprised me with its room service, cleanliness, food, and amenities. It was a wonderful experience, right in the middle of Aligarh.
