OYO 60553 Hari Pearl Residency

My booking was for another guest, whose name I had clearly entered, but because I made it online through my own ID, the hotel staff insisted that I come in with my ID. I had to leave my function halfway through to go there. Then they said only I could stay, not the guest I’d booked for, and demanded an RTPCR negative result from the previous 24 hours, even though the booking note said nothing about that. The manager seemed unwilling to understand what I was saying and was ready to argue. A really awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend even considering this place.

The rooms and washrooms were good, but several things didn’t work right. The AC was in poor condition, and only a trickle of water came from the taps and shower. Power was the main problem. When electricity went out, there was no continuous backup, so you’d be without the fan, AC, and lights for a few minutes until they started the generator. The AC then stayed off until the government supply came back.

I regretted staying here. The room was in very poor condition, with dirty sheets and no water in the flush tank. The AC didn’t work either. I complained several times, but nobody bothered to fix anything. If you don’t believe me, I’ve included some images.

The staff were rude, and the room wasn’t cleaned. They hadn’t even changed the sheets, never mind sanitizing anything. The AC and TV both failed, and there was no Wi-Fi. I found the staff ill mannered and disrespectful. Don’t book this hotel for a stay. I’ve added images so you can judge for yourself.
