Rooms and toilets were clean and hygienic, and the atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. It's in a central spot, very close to the bus terminus and railway station. Good for a family trip or business stay. Mustard try.....

We were in town for our exam, and staying near Aligarh Junction made it easy to find the hotel. The room was clean and nice, and the washroom was clean too. In the morning, transport was easy to get, and everything worked properly, from the kettle to the A.C.

The food from the hotel tasted very good and came in generous quantities, and the staff service was good. The hotel is opposite the bus stand and within walking distance of the railway station. Rooms are decent and spacious, but the ones on the first floor are better. Ground-floor rooms have lots of dampness, and there are small cockroaches in the rooms.

At 10:30 at night, after I arrived, they told me there were no rooms, even though I'd called twice beforehand and was assured both times that my booking was confirmed. Nobody took responsibility and they just seemed to ignore me. The front office staff's behaviour was awful. A very bad experience, and I'm not happy at all.

Nitesh ji at reception was especially helpful and willing to do whatever he could. The hotel is good, and the staff were good too.
