At the restaurant, Mr. Pritomoy and Ms. Ankita looked after us. The ambience, cleanliness, service, and food quality were all excellent. Everything was amazing.

I booked through OYO for two guests, but they gave me a single bed. The rooms were dirty and the manager wasn't cooperative. Worst experience ever. Google should add negative ratings too.

The room was tiny, and there wasn't even a door on the toilet. The mattress was so bad I'd rather sleep on the floor. Service was awful too. This is my worst experience to date.

For 800 rs I got a room with no bathroom in it. The place felt more like a prison, and the toilet hadn't even been cleaned. There wasn't a mug in the bathroom either. Seriously one of the worst hotels you could find. Better to live on the street than with these shameless people.

There was no water in the toilets, and the bed and pillows weren't clean. Poor service and dirty rooms.
