Dinner was consistently good during my three-month stay. The food was fresh and tasty, and arrived on time every day. My room stayed clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout. The staff were friendly, helpful, and supportive, so I was very satisfied with the experience. Thanks to the whole hotel team for the hospitality.

I used to stay here regularly, and a lot of people from our organizations chose it for the location. That’s no longer the case, and I won’t stay there again. Things seem to be getting worse day by day: broken shelves, big red ants, a broken TV, AC that didn’t work, and a smelly towel. They gave me a different room after I complained, but dirty rooms, broken bathroom tiling, and a cockroach were still problems.

I left the key so staff could clean while I was out, and came back to find my things had been handled and damaged. My laptop covers were removed, and they ate food I’d left in the room. I’m very disappointed in both the staff and the safety of personal belongings. Someone should explain basic civic sense to the staff.

The room itself was good, but the service was disappointing. The warm water and AC didn’t work properly, and the staff weren’t supportive or willing to listen to customers. Worst of all, my shirt was stolen from my room. A very bad and upsetting experience.
