For what it costs, Hotel King Fort was a really good stay. The place is clean and comfortable, and the building and facilities are kept in solid shape. The team, including the managers and team leaders, were helpful and quick whenever we needed something. Good value, with no major issues.

I wouldn't stay here again. Our suite was dated, the furniture was old, and the bathroom door was broken. Room service took ages, and we had to call several times just to get plates and glasses. We ordered beef chilly and fish from their olive Hotel; one dish never arrived, and what did arrive was inedible. There wasn't even complimentary breakfast, yet they charged us for morning tea. The person at reception was often cold and unresponsive.

The railway station is an easy walk from here, which made the location convenient. The place itself was simple, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and gave good service.

The fish curry I ordered from the olive restaurant smelled foul because the fish was rotten. It was completely inedible, a serious food safety concern, and left me very disappointed.

I was here for a business meeting last night and found the room clean, comfortable, and well kept, a nice place to unwind after a long day. Check-in and checkout both went smoothly. The staff were attentive, warm, and professional, and I appreciated the hospitality. I had a great stay and would recommend it for work or a leisure trip.
