The room wasn’t clean, the washrooms were awful, and several things were broken: the fan regulator and cupboard, and the toilet flush wasn’t working properly. I had to ask several times to change rooms. I chose this place because it was affordable and near Hindon airport, with an early morning flight. I had already paid around RS 587 through the OYO app, but the receptionist refused to check me in and demanded 1350, saying that was the hotel’s rate. OYO customer care kept me waiting at the front desk for an hour while they tried to resolve it. There wasn’t even anywhere to sit, the place was very unhygienic, and the receptionist’s behavior was poor. Please avoid this hotel.
