The garden is well maintained, and the dining area is the better part of the property. The chef was disciplined and ready to cook whatever we asked for, and the food tasted perfect. Rooms were just okay, with some basic facilities missing and maintenance below par. More staff are needed for upkeep and service. It’s outside Almora, and the entrance is very difficult for a tempo traveller because of the sharp angle.

I stayed for two nights and was treated like a king. The staff were courteous and understanding, and when I checked in late, they had kept food in my room so I wouldn’t go hungry. The food was amazing, especially the vegetable pakoras with chai in the evening. Rooms were neat and sparkling clean, with no mosquitoes. I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Almora. The hospitality was genuinely very good.

We had an amazing experience, and the polite, helpful staff made my holiday great. I’d give it 100/100 if I could and would gladly visit again. When you’re in Almora, I really think you should stay here. It’s on the route to Kasardevi Temple.

The stay is surrounded by mountains and the location is very good. Staff service was very good too, and the food was awesome. I’d like to come back and will recommend it to friends and family.
