I reached the hotel before booking online around 9.30 pm There was no one at the reception. It was locked, then after multiple calls on their number. The owner of the property asked me that you booked it online? I told him first I wanna see the rooms and then I will book and there is no one present here, he told me "ladka 5 min me aa raha hai" in a rude tone till then he removed the property online for 4 people which was cheaper(he already know that by this I can provide them my offline rates and they will take it as we were tired). After waiting for 30 mins there ladka got arrived with drunk

The property show in profile is older and closed they are operating new one in the basement down to 4 floor we faced problem going down and no tv and no room service you are alone down there spooky feeling
