The bedsheet and pillow cover were very dirty. When I complained at the hotel, they said that’s just how it is.

I attended a wedding here, and the toilets were extremely filthy and badly maintained, with dirty tiles that looked decades old. At night there wasn’t a usable common toilet, so everyone had to go into one of the rooms. If hygiene matters to you, don’t book this for a wedding. This has nothing to do with OYO. I couldn’t find the hotel on the map without the OYO name.

The manager, Mr.Rajeev Verma, was really friendly and always ready to help with anything. It’s a nice, quiet place if you want to relax and get away from the noise. The hotel is on Kausani Road, about 3 km from Bust Stand.

The location is cramped and there’s no view, so you can’t really enjoy nature or the scenery. If that’s what you’re looking for, I wouldn’t choose this hotel. The rooms and toilets were quite large and very clean, and the service was good.

Nice services and good rooms. The location is handy, near the hospital.
