Itsy By Treebo - Aura Homes

Shops and restaurants are close by, and there’s secure parking for motorcycles. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. My room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was good with hot water from a geyser. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

There was no AC, just a noisy fan, and the washroom wasn’t clean or hygienic. The room was about 10×10, which felt uncomfortable. People sitting at reception didn’t seem to have anything to do with OYO, which felt like a total breach of privacy. I’d look elsewhere if you want a place that’s worth staying in and lets you have some quality time.

Meals took an hour or two to arrive, and when I raised it, they gave lame excuses. The room phones didn’t work, and the alternative hotel mobile number the reception gave me wasn’t answered either. Management seemed to treat OYO guests like a liability and cursed OYO for taking 30 percent from a booking. The washroom tiles were broken, the taps didn’t work, and the beds were small with oversized mattresses, so there was a 100 percent chance of sliding off and falling. The worst experience I’ve had so far.

The service was ultra poor, and no staff came to help. They handed me a key at reception and told me to find my room myself, with no help for my luggage. There was no cutlery either, no parking for cars, and no cafeteria of their own. The entrance was odd, and the power socket was far from the room door, so at night you had to walk in the dark when entering or leaving. Poorly thought out.
