It’s a good community with the basic amenities, and it’s done well since it first opened. Prices have shot up a lot lately, though. People also call it poor man’s Aldea. All in all, it’s still a good place to rent.

There’s plenty of room for kids to play, and the community pool has a lifeguard when it’s being used. The villas are luxurious and well designed, with good lighting, and sanitization and bug fumigation are scheduled regularly. I’ve visited several times in a month, so I can say the grounds are consistently clean. The layout is easy to get around, and the signs and numbers are very helpful. It’s a beautiful, family-friendly place with a gate, good security, and friendly guards.

The villas are thoughtfully laid out and look amazing at night. I love walking along the lane beneath the trees. Residents also have a pool and lawn tennis, and everything feels well planned. If you’re rich, I’d recommend it as a holiday home. It’s a dream place to live and fall in love with Goa. These photos were taken at night.

A peaceful cluster of villas tucked into a corner of Alto Porvorim. The rooms are huge and nicely furnished, and there’s a small but good cafeteria that serves all meals if you ask. Great for a quiet, laid-back break.

The staff and manager are wonderful, and you can book either one room or an entire villa depending on what you need. The rooms have lovely interiors and a great atmosphere, with a very nice pool, a private park, and a hill view. There’s also a restaurant on the property serving home-style food, which you should try. A very nice heritage hotel in Goa, one I’d recommend to anyone visiting. Happy journey 😊👍
