The pool is well maintained, and the property itself is kept in good shape. Staff are courteous, and it felt secure for a family stay. The main North Goa beaches, including calungute and Baga, aren't too far, though getting to them from OYO 9356 takes 20-30 minutes. You can rent a bike, and reception staff will help arrange delivery to the property.

The place looks just like the photos, with grocery shops and vehicle rentals nearby. Calangute and Baga beach are only a 5-10 mins drive away, and the rates are reasonable for a stay with family or friends.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and have the amenities you need, plus there's a nice view and a pool. Staff were helpful and professional, and the stay was calm and smooth. I'd happily come back, especially if you're after a peaceful stay. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff were great overall, and SHIVA gave us excellent local help. Kashish n sandeep were good too. The place is great, though a few staff members could be more prompt. If you find it for between 1500 to 2000or 2500, just book it without worrying.

The place is actually called Sunrise Sangolda. The map listing can be confusing, since OyoHome 1bhk is the name shown there. The room was clean and nice, and there’s a swimming pool. It was quiet too, with everyone keeping to themselves. Felt like a home stay at an affordable price.
