Transport to and from the airport was well organized, and it was easy to communicate with the hotel. The place has lovely nature around it, giving it a peaceful atmosphere and positive energy. My room was clean and spacious, with a private terrace, and having a restaurant right next door was very convenient. I had a very pleasant stay close to the airport.

I had a dayout with friends at Once upon the river resort. Lunch was buffet, delicious but with limited options. The serene greenery and water bodies made the ambience peaceful, away from the city rush. It's a good blend of luxury and nature, with spacious, neat, well-maintained rooms in various categories and modern amenities. Staff were courteous and ready to assist with a smile. The poolside, indoor games and boating added to the relaxing experience. A lovely option for a family getaway, corporate stay, friends dayout or weekend retreat.

The rooms were exceptional, the ambience was really good, and the food served was amazing. We had a lovely stay at Once upon the River. The staff were really friendly, and I'd highly recommend the property for friend groups and families.

Last Saturday, we held a BNI social gathering at Once Upon a River, and everything was excellent. The riverside setting was serene and added a lot of charm. Staff were friendly, dependable and always smiling, making sure everything ran smoothly. The arrangements were superbly managed, and the food was both beautiful and delicious. I'd recommend it for day-outs, meetings, social gatherings or overnight stays. A wonderful place to relax, connect and celebrate.

We were 13 ladies on a day package, and it felt like a waste of money. There was no briefing about activities, and hardly any were included. The indoor games were full of cobwebs, so touching the equipment left webs all over us. Service was pathetic, and the food spread was poor. Other resorts have boating and complimentary rooms, while this one offered the bare minimum. Overall, it was a very bad and disappointing experience.
