The hotel is right next to the airport, which made it a convenient stop before heading to Munnar or elsewhere around Kochi. Rooms were comfortable and the staff very warm. One thing to watch for: rooms with connecting doors don't block much sound. Thanks to Iris Tiwari and Tania at reception, Chef Kuldeep and Chef Abhilash for a lovely personalized menu, and Sourav for looking after us so well in the restaurant. The hospitality was great, and I definitely recommend staying here.

After a stressful turn in our holiday, I booked the Taj at the last minute. My mother had been ill, was only just discharged from the hospital, and we had missed our flight. Staying here while she recovered was the best choice I could have made. The care from everyone meant a lot, especially Ms Aniang. As I was checking in and telling the receptionist about the awful few days we'd had and my mother's hospital stay, Aniang noticed and came right over. She comforted me, took care of everything, and was incredibly helpful and kind. I'm so grateful to her. I could finally relax while my mother rested in a supportive place. All the staff were attentive and kind, and we were touched by how much they cared. The hotel has stunning design, delicious food, and excellent amenities. I could use the gym and swimming pool while my mother rested. I absolutely recommend the Taj to anyone staying in Kochi.

We enjoyed the food, and the hotel's facilities and pleasant atmosphere made for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The property is well maintained, with the standards you'd expect at a Taj. Service could have been more proactive. Check-in involved a wait, and kitchen delays affected our experience a little. Still, it's a lovely hotel with great food and facilities, and quicker responses would make it even better.

The rest of my stay at Taj Cochin International Airport was just as good, exceeding my expectations. My room was quiet, carefully maintained, and designed for both rest and getting things done. The hotel combines comfort, elegance, and efficiency, and is a calm place to stay during transit. It was Taj hospitality at its best, nothing less than wahh Taj.
