The atmosphere was great, but the poor hospitality ruined the evening. After we sat down, we waited 20 minutes just to get anyone’s attention. A second round of drinks was almost impossible to order, our server seemed uninterested, and we had to find someone ourselves to get the check. The [Food Item] was decent, at least. The food was okay, but I was extremely disappointed with the service tonight. When we asked about a side dish that hadn’t arrived, the [Host/Server] spoke to us rudely. The staff’s attitude made us feel like an inconvenience instead of guests. There are too many good restaurants around to spend money somewhere that treats customers this way.

Quiet and cozy, with a modern feel, this place was a real getaway for us. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the relaxed restaurant experience. The room lighting and little details gave the place a comfortable, tasteful feel, and the food was good.

The starters were so bad, tasteless and smelly, and the food service was slow enough to kill anyone’s appetite. We work in the corporate sector and can’t spend 3 hours on a meal. I’ll think twice about recommending this place after what happened to me.

The hotel had a nice ambience, and both the food and service were good. The restaurant staff were polite and understanding.
