It can look expensive for what you get, but the value for money is good. The caretaker is nice and provides good service. It feels like a home while staying in Chennai, with the basic facilities you need. A good choice for a week, with or without family.

The room was neat and clean, and the ambience and infrastructure are good. The only problem in the room was mosquitoes. Swiggy and zomato are available 24 hours.

This is basically an apartment converted into a hotel, and the food comes from a nearby hotel joint in the same building. I liked the service, especially from the manager Sunil, but for what I paid, the place was below standard. I chose it because I needed to stay near VGP golden, and the location is very close to VGP golden beach. Solo women should avoid it. The place feels awfully isolated, quiet, and dark. It’s in a residential area, and I’m not sure how many people live in the society, but why take risks? Going farther toward central Chennai would take longer to get near VGP, but it would be better.

This is not a resort, just a family apartment, and it isn’t couple friendly. The listing is fake about everything: there’s no WIFI, TV, swimming pool, private beach, garden, or balcony. Parking was the worst, and there was drainage leaking around the apartment. Room service was terrible, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the bedroom door was broken. I got stuck in the room twice, and each time they took 20 minutes to come unlock it. Please don’t book unless they renovate or provide what they advertise. Totally not worth the price.
