The bathroom was dirty and smelled bad, and even a room freshener wasn't available. The room itself was filthy, the sheets had already been used, and the wardrobe was a mess. At check-in, they gave us only a bottle of water, with the other basics missing. Worst of all, the geyser in the bathroom had an earthing problem. Don't consider booking this place.

I paid for a deluxe 3x room, supposedly the highest quality available, and was very disappointed with what I got. The hotel administration spoke to customers without basic manners. People who can't treat customers properly shouldn't run a business. Oyo should remove the property if it wants to protect its brand.

Alwar Inn is at the southern end of Alwar, on the Bhiwadi-Sikandra sub-highway link road, with a location that makes it convenient for business around Alwar and Jaipur or trips into the city centre for shopping. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms, live TV, free Wi-Fi, a party hall, and a restaurant. Food was tasty, and the facilities were good. They also list 24-hour room service and intercom, laundry at reasonable rates, a doctor on call, extra beds, lockers, indoor games, LCDs in rooms, and cable channels.

We arrived late at night, and the front office staff member took care of everything on his own. The staff were supportive, and the rooms were clean and had the necessities a traveller needs. Recommended.

Really poor and unprofessional. The staff were uncooperative and drank while on the job, and seemed to have no idea what they were doing. I wouldn't recommend staying here or eating here. Keep away from this place.
