Oyo 24075 Galaxy Guest House

There was no water supply, the rooms were unclean, and the toilets were in very bad condition. They hadn't cleaned the toilet even once. The staff were rude. This place really isn't suitable for families or decent people. I urge Oyo and the other apps to remove it from their listings, and anyone reading this shouldn't book even one room.

For 500, this was a budget stay that felt worth the price. The AC worked very well and the staff were friendly, though they pressured guests to give five stars. Water pressure was absent even on the ground floor, and the bedsheets and kambal still had stains after they were changed.

I was extremely disappointed and had the worst experience of my life. The room was filthy, the bedding smelled, and the washroom stank so much I could barely go in. There was no water, so I had to use bottled water to wash my hands, and there was no soap in the bathroom. The TV had no power outlet either. Don't visit this hotel. Even a dharmshala would be far better.

The building itself had a good structure, but maintenance was practically nonexistent and the rooms were nowhere near acceptable. There was no water supply, and the telephone was dead. The one good thing was the staff's behavior. This hotel was worse than a Dharmshala.
