We spent four days in a dirty room. Housekeeping only came after we asked several times, and for two days we were left with dirty sheets and towels that weren't changed. Soap and water also had to be requested repeatedly. The TV and landline didn't work, so we had to go to reception for anything we needed. A horrible stay, and not suitable for families.

This was a rubbish experience. I booked a room online for Rs 400 with a discount, but the hotel seemed focused on charging Rs 1000 per room. They offered me just a bed in a hall with a fan, then said I could cancel if I questioned the booking. Since I couldn't cancel, they asked for another 600 to switch to a super deluxe room. I booked online but there was no room for me when I arrived. The staff didn't care about the booking, and I ended up sleeping in the hall despite having reserved a room. They took Rs 500 without checking me in. I never expected this from OYO room. Next time, don't stay here or search for a hotel through Agoda site. Sleeping on the footpath would be better. NEVER GO THERE.

The service was the worst. After booking, they demanded at least 600 extra and said I could cancel if I wouldn't pay, even when I showed my Oyo confirmation. Oyo Refund Policy is a Refund Policy in Name Only. There was no water bottle or television in the room, and no personal parking.

Please don't book online here through Oyo or another app. They charged 1000 in total and then asked for another 600. I had a really bad experience. I don't understand why Oyo lists hotels at prices they won't honor, just to bluff customers 😑😑
