Ratan Villas Sariska

The Christmas activities were well organized, with festive decorations, a warm atmosphere, and things for both adults and children to enjoy. We stayed at Ratan Villas Sariska during the celebrations, and it was a memorable trip. The property is peaceful and beautiful, a lovely mix of luxury and nature near Sariska. The food was delicious, with good variety and festive touches. Our spacious, clean rooms were tastefully designed and comfortable. Staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Ratan Villas Sariska is a wonderful choice for a relaxing, celebratory holiday, and I’d recommend it to families and couples looking for a serene festive retreat.

Ratan vilas is a beautiful setting for parties and destination weddings, with lovely arrangements and decorations. If all the functions and guests’ stays are there, it works superbly. The catering needs improvement, especially if serving Punjabi people. Guests staying elsewhere should be aware that driving at night feels unsafe. It’s very remote, the streets have no lights, and there are lots of monkeys, dogs, and other animals on the road. We were safe, but it seemed scary after dark.

We stayed at the resort for two days, from 24th Dec. thru 26th December. The lawn is huge for kids to play, there are lots of activities, and the setting in nature is lovely. We also had a beautiful lake view from the balcony, and the food was delicious. But the rooms weren’t clean or tidy. There was a pile of dust under the rugs, and the rugs smelled bad. The washrooms weren’t clean at all, and they hadn’t even been cleaned before we checked in. Housekeeping still wasn’t willing to clean them properly after we asked.

The location is really good, but the room and service quality don’t justify the price. Rooms are very average, and the dip pool wasn’t very clean or hot. The staff weren’t especially nice or cooperative either. They charged a very high price for a very basic candle dinner setup.
