Super Townhouse Alwar Formerly Hotel Lindo Lugar

The bathroom taps were loose and broken, and the paint was coming off the walls. There was a bad smell in the room throughout my stay, and the room freshener didn’t work at all. The rooms were dirty and unhygienic. Service was awful, and the staff had a terrible attitude.

As a duty manager at a five-star hotel, I want to say plainly that I don’t think this property is safe for women to travel to. It’s one of the worst places you could book. Don’t go.

We had confirmed two rooms in advance, including with Booking, after the hotel called us. But when we arrived, neither room was available. My wife had driven all the way from Jaipur for work and was left without a room at the last minute. The staff were rude and impolite, and offered no courtesy or compensation. I’d strongly avoid this place.

I had a very bad experience. The receptionist didn’t seem to understand that people want to see a room before booking it. The staff said they would only show us a room if we made a booking, even though people usually want to visit and inspect it first. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.
