Their rates can change within seconds, and the attitude of the people there is terrible. I called the number listed and asked about their services. The man who answered was arrogant, spoke rudely, ignored every question, then hung up. They need to change how they treat people or close this so-called motel. Good luck with that.
The roads connecting to the place are in very bad shape. It's close to the railway lines, so trains make noise almost every 10 minutes and it's really hard to sleep properly. Maintenance and cleanliness are just OK. There's no parking of its own, though that was manageable.
This was my worst hotel experience. They do fraud with customers, so please don't book here.
The prices are very reasonable and affordable, and the polite, decent staff gave good service. A very good motel. 👏👍 Highly recommended.
The location in Ambala City is awesome, and the rates are reasonable. What stood out to me was how clean everything was, especially during covid times. The staff were really cooperative and customer oriented. Keep up the GREAT work!!!
