Hotel Navrang

Mr Shrivastava ji gave us a very warm welcome. I stayed two nights, and the location was perfect, with all kota attractions nearby. The staff were professional and well mannered, the rooms and other services were good, and the food was delicious. Parking is available too.

The linens were stained and dirty, the water tap was faulty, and the night manager was rude and had no basic etiquette when dealing with concerns. At 5:30 AM, night staff played loud music outside my door. When I complained, they moved behind my room and kept playing it, so I couldn't sleep. The owner needs to take action, because this unprofessional behavior is driving travelers away. I strongly recommend avoiding the hotel. Save your money and book somewhere else.

I won't book here again after that first stay and its poor service. There was no soap, the towel was torn, and the room service guy came in without asking. Don't choose the breakfast option: they just gave two pratha and coffees in the morning. There was no WI-FI in the room, and then they asked me to move rooms. There was no RO water in the room either. They had just filled the jug, and I couldn't tell whether it was RO water or normal tap water.

The building has a charming old-style feel, with vintage furniture. A great hotel for a short stay, with good food and service. The staff are welcoming and polite.
