Rudram Hotel Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat

I was there from Feb 3 to 10th, and the stay went smoothly. The place was great value for the budget, location, and service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. At the front desk, Sachin and Gaurav were very gentlemen. Sachin and Jagdish made delicious food and took great care with hygiene. Dinesh, the owner, is a great guy. I totally recommend staying here.

Getting here by taxi is easy: the place is close to the main road but tucked away enough to stay calm and quiet. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe, and the staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful. I had a small issue with the door, and they fixed it right away. My room was clean and comfortable, with warm water and a blanket that kept me cozy on cold nights. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it without looking further.

The staff were AMAZING and couldn’t do enough for me. There’s a lovely decorative dining area, and they let me use the fridge, which was handy in the heat. Free yoga every morning was a nice bonus, and I enjoyed the massage too. I can recommend shirodara and deep tissue. The rooms are large and bright, with a nice balcony, chair and table. The beds are huge and very comfortable. Great location too, and I’d highly recommend this place.

I stayed three nights and only wish I could have stayed longer. The kind staff and welcoming, comfortable atmosphere made it feel like home. Everything was clean, and having filtered water was convenient. It’s ideally located close to everything I wanted to do nearby. I really enjoyed the yoga class too, and I’ll definitely stay here again if I return to Tapovan.
