We had a peaceful stay with beautiful views and a comfortable, luxurious feel. The rooms were spacious, nicely designed, and very well kept. Staff were attentive and polite, making sure our needs were taken care of. There was a wide range of tasty food, too. Everything felt just right from the start, and it was a memorable getaway. I'd recommend the resort to anyone after a relaxing, premium break.

The setting at Palm Resort, Shivpuri is lovely, especially if you enjoy nature, and it was a calm break from the city. Our room was clean, roomy, and maintained well, with the basic amenities. I paid an advance to secure a booking, but only after payment did they tell me about extra conditions that should have been made clear beforehand. When I asked for a refund because of those unexpected terms, they refused to return the booking amount. That lack of transparency feels unfair and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and would be careful about paying an advance. Rating: 0/5.
