I couldn't stay the full night because the room was unbearably hot. The AC never worked despite several calls, and even the lift felt cooler. I was there for 4500 rupees a night, supposedly at the best hotel in Ambala, but the staff service was poor and the towels smelled too. I complained at reception and got only an apology, with no fix. It ruined my business meeting, and I had to book another hotel on the spot. For 1000 rupees, a local place near the bus stand might have let me attend my meeting in comfort.

The location made it easy to get out and explore, and everyone working there was so helpful. My room was spotless and really comfortable. I had a fantastic holiday stay and would absolutely recommend it! 🤩✨🏨😊

Neha and Ragini at the restaurant made breakfast feel especially welcoming. They were polite, professional, and attentive, and handled everything with a smile. The buffet itself was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented, with prompt service. I'd gladly come back and recommend the service.

This Ambala property isn't worth the money. It's old, the staff weren't supportive, and we were denied access to the pool. You can find better hotels for what they're charging, so don't go by the brand name. I'd choose somewhere else.

Payal and Jiwan looked after us so well and made dinner feel really comfortable. I came here with my family and had an absolutely amazing experience. They're wonderful young professionals.
