We stayed three nights while visiting Mahabaleshwar and enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was good. Service was excellent, and the staff were kind and helpful. We really appreciated how they treated us and were happy with the stay.

The location is lovely and away from the city’s hustle and bustle, and the staff were humble and provided good service. But one person was handling everything, from cleaning and maintenance to taking and serving food orders. The hotel needs more staff. I’d also heard a lot about the food, but found it just okay, not up to the mark. There are no cold drinks, and without tandoor starters, roti, or naan, the food choices are quite limited. My overall rating is 2 out of 5.

The ambience was good, the food was nice, and everyone on staff was kind. We did have a hot water problem, which matters in a cold region. I’m not sure if it was only our room, but I hope management looks into it.

We had a pleasant stay, with a big room and an extra bed provided for our child. The food was great. Highly recommended.
