There are several kinds of rooms here, including tree houses, cottages or deluxe rooms, tent houses, and suites with king-size beds. Most have AC, a TV, Wi-Fi, a tea and coffee maker, and balcony views. The resort is spread across about 4.5 acres of green land, with lawns, banquet spaces, and accommodation. It's a farmhouse-style resort and wedding venue for family outings, parties, weddings, or a weekend stay near Chandigarh and Zirakpur. It's on the Zirakpur–Patiala Highway, 8 km from Rampur Kalan, Zirakpur, Punjab, India.

The food and snacks were delicious, and the arrangements for our birthday party on 15 November 2025 were well organized. We had a good experience and would recommend the property. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Ashwani sir explained the property's features really well. The place has a natural vibe, and I liked that it brings rooms, parties, and wedding celebrations together in one spot. There are lots of rooms with private pool areas, two banquet halls, and a tree house with good amenities. It's the best location I've ever visited. Must visit!

This wasn't worth even 1000. The pool was filthy, and the kitchen and food seemed unhygienic. In the room, the furniture was broken, everything was dirty and smelled old, and the doors didn't lock properly. There was no hot water, the water was dirty, and mosquitoes and insects were everywhere. The intercom didn't work, so I had to go to reception for everything. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
