OYO 49193 Angad Continental new

My family stayed here, and their first OYO experience was ruined. The rooms were untidy and the washroom was dirty. In the photo I attached, drainage from the room above appears to be leaking into my washroom, though the staff said it wasn't drainage water. The staff also made a lot of noise at night, playing songs. There were bad words written on the wall and a cigarette smell. It felt like a kotha, and I mean that seriously, based on things I'd heard. I wouldn't even consider booking here, as it could ruin your stay. OYO should close this hotel.

Bookings also get cancelled after checkout. The room wasn't cleaned, the washroom was filthy, and there was no soap for handwashing or bathing. This is the worst hotel I've seen, a definite no and zero rating.

The bathroom was very narrow, the rooms felt suffocating with no ventilation, and there was no geyser. I also found a hole in the bedsheet and condoms under the bed. Room hygiene was the worst, and the staff weren't cooperative. If you book through OYO and pay the booking amount, they charge you extra on top of the remaining balance.

The hotel staff weren't polite, and when I arrived they asked me for extra money. It was a very bad experience. Hotels like this are pathetic and bring OYO's ratings down.
