There’s no lift, and nowhere to park. The sheets and sofa weren't clean, so we had to ask more than once for them to be changed. The room was decent, just not as good as I expected, and service wasn't prompt. We had to keep requesting each complimentary service.

It's right in the market and reasonably priced, and I think better upkeep could make it much nicer. At first the hotel looked good, but inside it seemed a bit run down and wasn't properly clean. There was a dead lizard under my bed, and the only actual window was in the bathroom.

They asked for an extra 200 rupees, and there wasn't even parking for a bike, so ours stayed on the road all night. They didn't provide a towel or shampoo either. This was my worst experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room had lots of mosquitoes, the sheets and blanket were dirty and weren't changed, the AC didn't work, and the TV was completely burnt out. I also had safety concerns about the place. I booked through Oyo, but they wouldn't show me a room before payment. Once I'd paid, they assigned one; when I asked to switch, they said no other rooms were available. The attached images show the hotel's condition.

Everything we needed for food was within about 30 meters, with the market close by too. The hotel is also right by Ambala's bus stop and city railway station. Our room was well maintained, with proper AC, a mirror, TV with an Airtel set-top box, a wardrobe, and a luxurious toilet. Service was very quick.
